My very first night working in the data center this was the first thing they had me doing. I didn''t even know why I was doing it and I held the paper as tight as I could because I thought it would end up all over the floor. Finally somone came along and explained what the machine was doing and that I shouldn't hold the paper so tight. I felt like a complete idiot. My next job was learning how to drop kick the burster/trimmer when it screwed the cheques up.

I have 1 of both, a strip cut for large volumes of shredding, and a cross cut CD destroyer for sensitive documents. I think I've even seen a diamond cut shredder that shreds paper into little diamond pieces!

This helped a great deal. The manual that comes with the folder is not very detailed. I installed the second fold table backwards at first. It worked for 1/2 folds but the paper came out the wrong end! That one little visual at 0:58 fixed the issue. Thanks. The troubleshooting section leaves a lot to be desired as well, luckily we have RUclips videos to fill in the gaps.

AHA!!!! A shredder that cross shreds both CD's and paper into fine pieces. I bought my dad a bulldog micro shredder that does CD's. The CD's are strip shredded. I have a CD cross shredder so you can't see what was on the label of the CD. My dad uses it for all his sensitive documents. We used to have an old strip shredder but I upgraded him to a micro cut. Strip shredders may be better then nothing but are too easy to put back together. I only use mine if I want to shred a lot of paper quickly, but I used my cross shredder for bank statements and other documents. The strip shredder I use is quick but I jumble up the shredding's if I do use it, just so they are not all together. I put all my letters through it and I shredded all my old medical documents through it because doing it with the cross shredder would have taken a long time. I should buy one of these, it's a high security cross shredder that's quick!

I need to change that small roller at the top as mine is worn. Bought a kit but the instructions say remove it, but I can’t see how to remove it.

The degausser is interesting. I like taking my oxygen/acetylene cutting torch and burning a hole for my client drives. I then give it back to them as a souvenir... They love it!
